1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using KundliAI, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

KundliAI provides AI-powered Vedic astrology services including:

• Vedic birth chart (kundli) generation
• Kundli matching and compatibility analysis
• Daily horoscope (rashifal) for all 12 zodiac signs
• AI-powered astrology chat consultation
• PDF download of birth charts
• WhatsApp horoscope delivery (paid subscription)

4. USER ACCOUNTS AND ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our paid services
• You must provide accurate information when using our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS

Free Services

The following services are provided free of charge:

• Basic kundli generation
• Daily rashifal
• Basic kundli matching score
• Limited AI chat

Paid Subscriptions

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST (18%)
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• No refunds for partial months — see our Refund Policy

6. PROHIBITED USES

You agree NOT to use KundliAI to:

• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer our systems
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use our service for commercial purposes without written permission
• Resell or redistribute our AI-generated content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• KundliAI and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• AI-generated readings are provided for your personal use only
• You grant us a licence to use feedback you provide to improve our services

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• KundliAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months
• We are not liable for decisions made based on our astrological readings
• We are not liable for technical issues, downtime, or data loss

9. PRIVACY

Your use of KundliAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. TERMINATION

• We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
• Upon termination, your right to use our service ceases immediately

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India. These Terms are subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
