At KundliAI, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and RBI guidelines for digital payments in India.

1. FREE SERVICES
KundliAI offers the following completely free services — no payment required:
- Basic Vedic kundli generation
- Daily rashifal for all 12 rashis
- Basic kundli matching score
- Limited AI Pandit chat
No refund policy applies to free services as there is no payment involved.
2. PAID SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
You ARE Eligible for a Refund If:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment
- Our service was unavailable or had major technical issues for more than 24 consecutive hours during your subscription period
- You were charged twice for the same subscription (duplicate payment)
- You did not receive the service you paid for due to a technical error on our end
- Your payment was processed but subscription was not activated
You are NOT Eligible for a Refund If:
- You are dissatisfied with the accuracy of astrological predictions (as these are spiritual guidance, not guarantees)
- You changed your mind after 7 days of subscription
- You forgot to cancel before the auto-renewal date
- You have used the premium features extensively during the billing period
- Your account was suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund (except within the 7-day window)
- To cancel, email us at support@kundliai.in with your registered phone number/email
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email support@kundliai.in with subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]"
- Step 2: Include your registered phone number or email, payment date, and reason for refund
- Step 3: Include your Razorpay payment ID (found in payment confirmation)
- Step 4: We will respond within 2 business days
- Step 5: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
6. REFUND PROCESSING
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
- UPI refunds: 1-3 business days
- Credit/Debit card refunds: 5-7 business days
- Net banking refunds: 3-5 business days
- Wallet refunds: 1-2 business days
- Processing fees charged by Razorpay (2%) may be deducted from refund amount
7. AUTO-RENEWAL
- All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period
- We will send a reminder email 3 days before renewal
- If you do not wish to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Auto-renewal charges are non-refundable except within the 7-day window
8. WHATSAPP SERVICE SPECIFIC POLICY
For WhatsApp daily horoscope service:
- If WhatsApp messages are not delivered for 3+ consecutive days due to our error — pro-rata refund for those days
- Delivery failures due to your WhatsApp number being invalid or blocked are not eligible for refund
- Change of WhatsApp number — please notify us at support@kundliai.in
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision:
- You may escalate to us at support@kundliai.in with "Escalation" in subject
- You may also raise a dispute with Razorpay directly
- For unresolved disputes, you may approach the Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
